From Christchurch, NZ and part Vietnamese, because my mother is from Vietnam, also because my Dad is from NZ The Values in Vietnam are mostly Education and Family. Some traditions are Pho (f-u-h),a beef noodle soup,the Ao Dai ( ow- di)(long silk dress) and rice, such as fried rice,brown rice etc.Here is a image of my Mum making some simple dumplings.So I have some final Questions before I go...

Hi Sophie, Your heritage is so interesting and you explained it very well. I think your mum must be a good cook. Do you have an Ao Dai traditional dress that you could show us at school?
