Our learning focus for Project Based Learning(PBL) this term is about Cultral Stories.

 Some questions we had to answer were:

What is culture?
Where do you come from?
What are some of the Values and Traditions that are related to your Culture?

From Christchurch, NZ and part Vietnamese, because my mother is from Vietnam, also because my Dad is from NZ The Values in Vietnam are mostly  Education and Family. Some traditions are Pho (f-u-h),a beef noodle soup,the Ao Dai ( ow- di)(long silk dress) and rice, such as fried rice,brown rice etc.Here is a image of my Mum making some simple dumplings.So I have some final Questions before I go...
